    Hired to paint my house. Horrible experience, don't hire or advance any money.

    I was asked to help Pat with a project in sept 14 and it was completed in Apr 15. I am taking Pat to small claims and doing a media related story on area scam artists because he stiffed me on payment and I was the lead painter on the job.     RED FLAG WARNING! Pat Rinn is not honest. Spent over 4 months on my exterior with most of the work being done by non-qualified subs. Left a mess and work still not finished.
