    GREAT WORK

    My fence was in BAD shape and so I started looking around online and asking friends and family if they had any recommendations. I came across Bay Area Fence Specialists online and it turned out that my good friend had used them before for a similar job with great results.

    When I spoke to the owner my first impression that I got was that this guy knows what he is talking about. He was professional, enthusiastic and really open to my concerns and budget. I feel like he laid out the options in a way that helped me understand what I could achieve with my budget.

    The guy showed up on time (a HUGE pet peeve of mine when it comes to waiting around for contractors, cable guys etc.) and was able to get the job done - quick and painless.

    ANDDD the cherry on top...I got a first time customer thank you card with a $5 Starbucks gift card...too cute! Totally professional from beginning to end which is really refreshing.

    I will be using Bay Area Fence Specialists again and I can't stop recommending them to my friends and family.

    I'm giving Patrick Sayad (Contract Licence CA941284) and the The Fence Guys the worst possible review of zero stars.
    I asked for a fence that matched an existing section of the property.
    What was installed was a fence with poor quality lumber.
    Numerous boards are split. Many panels are warped and showing the worst side of the material.
    Every panel has exposed nails and most sections have boards not evenly spaced.
    He didn't clear the site of the previous cement foundation and left broken tools in my yard for several weeks.

    I had another contractor review the fence and was appalled by the lack of quality.
    I asked him to address a specific problem of the fence. He promised to follow up but never did.

    I'm truly dissappointed with the lack of professionalism.

He completed the jobs with the highest quality of work and provided cost effective solutions. His honesty, attention to detail, and pleasant attitude make it a very easy construction process!     Patrick is by-far the most knowledgable and professional General
    Contractor I have ever worked with! He completed my home renovation AHEAD of schedule and made recommendations throughout the process which saved me money.
