Pat remodeled and sold my Fiance' her condo a little over a year ago. Almost immediately the washer was leaking water because the orings weren't installed in the supply lines. Living room wall cracked and crumbled because it wasn't fastened to the stud's correctly. Basement entry had no stairs installed upon sale and the door leaks. He filled the back yard with loose rock which we removed so we could actually have a back yard. The shower door wasn't sealed when it was installed so it constantly leaked, some of the outlet's don't even work. Our heating system didn't even have a filter installed in it. The upstairs unit's air conditioning leaked had a constant leak of freeon which Pat and his HVAC guy couldn't track. They hired an independent contractor and he found a large hole in the unit outside, they had to pay over $1,000 to have it fixed. Their kitchen floor keeps cracking and Pat has said there's nothing that can be done. None of their shower doors are sealed either. The steam line wasn't installed on either drier. We have all contacted Pat numerous times and he just has a horrible attitude like we're bothering him. He doesn't come out to fix anything even when he promises he will. He made the units look very pretty but after 6 months of living in one of his hack job's you'll regret purchasing it.
