I had electrical issues in newly purchased home. contacted home warranty company and was assigned Patriot Electric LLC to handle the claim. they never contacted me (over a full week) I then called directly and talked with the office worker who took down my info and said they would get back to me. waited 6 more days, I called back and left recorded message. still no contact from them. I called 30 hours later and the owner answered and asked me to do HIM a favor and call home warranty company to start the process all over (17 days into this now). when I inquired why they did nothing to contact me on their end after they said they would, he got very defensive and would not answer my question. the owner was not rude but very unprofessional and uncaring on whether his service was used or not. I DO NOT recommend.
