This company promises you the world and sends a bunch of hacks to install your solar.
They broke my heating pipe on the install. It took months to get the panels up and running.
I was paying con ed and the loan for 4 months. Now i am getting huge bills for kwh usgae from con ed even though these pieces of garbage promised me my panels would cover my usage for the year. Horrible choice. I regret it every single day -

Consumers BEWARE!!!! Please DO NOT spend your time and $$$ on this company before doing your homework. I had my panels installed in May and I'm still paying both the Service Finance and ConEd (almost 7 mths later). In addition to that my roof is now leaking, and I'm constantly calling or emailing to get this matter resolved. Please do NOT engage in business with this corporation. My experience has been disappointing and frustrating.

I purchased a solar panel system Jan 2016.
Patriot Energy Solutions installed it .
Most of time I pay both EnerBank and ConEdison.I was led to believe having a solar system designed to provide 105 % of annual consumption would liberate my dependency of Con Edison Electric.
I now know I was misled.
I regret doing business with this unresponsive company.
Promising to look after the system as it’s written in the contract and ignoring customer request for service...
I would not recommend this headache to anyone .

They failed to close out our permits, resulting in a cascade of problems that caused significant delays and financial repercussions. To make matters worse, their customer service was abysmal and completely unresponsive.
The failure to close out our permits had a direct impact on the sale of our home. The buyers rightfully held a significant amount of money in escrow until the permit issue was resolved. This created unnecessary stress and uncertainty, putting our plans on hold and jeopardizing the entire transaction. It was an absolute nightmare to navigate through this situation, all because Patriot Energy Solutions neglected their responsibilities.
Throughout the entire ordeal, their customer service was virtually nonexistent. We reached out multiple times, seeking answers and assistance, but were met with silence. Our calls and emails were ignored, leaving us frustrated and desperate for a resolution. The lack of communication and support from Patriot Energy Solutions only added insult to injury.
I strongly advise against using Patriot Energy Solutions for your solar panel needs. Their failure to close out permits and their complete disregard for customer service have caused immense hardship and financial strain. It's clear that they prioritize their own convenience over the well-being of their customers. Please save yourself the headache and seek a reputable company that values accountability and customer satisfaction.
