We usually get three quotes for any project we do. Patriot Plumbing was the first quote. We informed by Jason Benham, after he went into the attic for an inspection, that we need a float valve for our HVAC system and it would cost $1500.00. The second and third plumber that we received a quote from told us after their inspection of our HVAC, that there already was a float valve. And if it did need to be replaced, the cost would be around $250.00. This guy is a thief! Do not hire them!
