My hot water heater broke and I got Patriot Plumbing's number from a friend. I called them and Herman ( the owner ) showed up and completed the job. However, he promised to get an inspector from the city to my house AFTER I PAID HIM IN FULL IN CASH and has not done so. It has been over 3 months and I still haven't heard from the city as to when they are sending an inspector. I have talked to him SEVERAL times and he has assured me he is taking care of it and will also get me a RECEIPT. I need the inspectors document and the receipt to get my refund from my insurance company. The refund is for $1000.00 so I could use the money. Now he is not answering calls or texts!!! NEVER PAY THIS COMPANY IN FULL OR IN CASH AS THEY DISSAPPEAR AFTER THEY ARE PAID. A NEIGHBOR WARNED ME AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY AND I IGNORED HIS WARNING. WOW DO I REGRET THAT NOW!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
