I hired pat to fix the issues in my kitchen. He was the most expensive at 16k but seamed very knowledgeable and I was sure he would be the guy to fix my issues. Basically chipping paint, crooked hanging cabinets and the possibility of touchup paint. After many delays and reordering of doors from an apparent mistake on his part it was 95% done. This was 8 months and just before Christmas, he told me he’d be back after the holidays to finish it off so I paid him in full. A year later after being told he was having hard times closing his business and moving with a new partner I find out he’s still in business. I have many date stamped messages with picture proof that he is a liar and a cheat. I believe he does good work as he’s been in business for many years but if he’ll lie and cheat me he can do the same to you. I’d avoid him at any cost.
