We built a new homes with Patten that was completed in May 2023. At the end of the project there were some minor disputes over various costs that Patten refused to address or discuss. Additionally similar to any new build there is a 1-yr warranty. We completed an inspection 6 months after moving in and requested Patten to address some of the issues (cracked tile, outside door leaking causing damage to the floors, etc). While their project manager responded and fixed a few items some still remain outstanding including a leaking door that is causing damages to our wood flooring. The owners Feild and Natalie haven’t responded to an email or phone in over a year. They will not honor their warranties and I regret building with them. Don’t buy one of their homes it hasn’t been a good experience.
