Mark patterson doesn't want to be held responsible for his mistakes poor grading of yards and poor gutter drainage pipes acts like you are stupid and don't know anything when you have have 4 people to come look at your property and say so them self. Seems like a stright up guy but he's just like all the others get his money and screw you.

Mark Patterson does not care about the home you will live in. He builds it in less than 90 days, and walks away. We have had issue after issue. He just took our money and ran. Did not touch the grading in our yard so now every time it rains we have to pump out our septic tank. We have only been in our home a year. I would not buy a house from this man for my pet dog to live in. He should have his license taken from him.
