Do not hire this company! A few months into our job, we get a call from Lisa Patterson stating that she fired the general contractor (her now ex husband) for stealing money and she would be "taking over the project." We saw her twice. She kept asking my husband about the materials that were needed, the ordering status, and about what sub contractors were doing work.
As agreed upon from the beginning, we had made 3/4 of the payments and would make the last payment when the job was completed and passed off by the inspectors. She kept asking for money because she said she was out of money. We told her we were sorry that money was stolen, but we did not feel comfortable paying any more money until the project was completed.
The project was not managed properly. Materials were not ordered when they should have been. She and her son Travis Patterson stopped returning our calls and they just walked away. They just walked away.
In addition to the amount of the last remaining payment, we had to pay an additional $30,000 to finish the project, hiring our own sub contractors and managing it ourselves (which we didn't want to do from the beginning hence why we hired a contractor).
They are unprofessional and no idea what they are doing.
