Billed me 650.00 to switch out thermostat and transformer on a 1 year old heat pump. Did bad wire connections and never replaced access panels. Later when it was time to go to heat mode we discovered the new thermostat was not for heat pump. My regular service man installed the right thermostat with much commentary. I contacted Patton and asked him to pick up his thermostat and refund me that portion of the bill for it and the installation. He declined but told me that he would sell me a service contract and deduct that from the cost.
