    Beware! Despite an initial great impression our project ended up a mess and with Paul blaming us for costing him too much money when, in fact, we went under budget (per his detailed contract) on most items including cost of subcontractors which we have since spoken with. He went over weeks from the time the contract said he would be finished and we have had to pay extra money and finish several of the projects ourself since he left without completing the job.
