    water heater repair
    $300

    Oooofff. These guys suck. Spent 2 hours "troubleshooting" the issue with my water heater and made zero progress. I had to call the manufacturer myself and when I did, I made more progress than these "professional" plumbers. They don't care, bill by the hour and take their sweet time.

    Oh, and they hit you payment terms and interest after the project, essentially holding you hostage. When you complain, they threaten to sue.

    Jett Plumbing is AMAZING! Responsive, reliable and honest company. The owner of the company is focused on great service and care for all of his clients. I call Jett Plumbing for any and all of my plumbing repairs needed and I recommend them to all of my friends and clients. Best customer service and hands down the best plumbing company in Harford County!

    To fix 2 leaks-- outside, the pipes leadind to my house, and inside, between floors

    I had 2 leaks-outside, the main pipes, and inside, between the floors. They came in and didn't even look at inside leak, though I specifically told them about it. They shut off water to come fix the outside leak when it would be warmer, in a month. Then a month later they didn't show up at agreed time (set a month in advance!!!), and when they came they weren't prepared to fix that leak outside, for which we actually had this appointment made and set a date a month in advance!!! And the plumber wanted to drill concrete inside of the house between floors for the second leak, even though there was no water, and he just couldn't even know where the leak was coming from. And when later I consulted with other plumbers, they said it was unnecessarily, stupid and dangerous!!!!! And the owner never contacted me after that and never returned my texts about when would they come now, even though I was nice and tried to work with them. Would absolutely not recommend this company!!!
