    My problem is the following;
    Since this addition was done there have been numerous problems coming from the side that connects to the house. In the ceiling, around the lights, there is moisture that is collected when there are wide variations of outside temperature. At times, when there is a light coating of snow on the roof, you can actually see the outline of some of the lights coming thru from the snow on the roof.
    Typically, in the beginning, when the first frost would come, there would be a ring of moisture around the lights. Sometimes the "ring" is a clear color. While, mostly other times the color is a murky brown. The staining and dripping has grown progressively worse.
    This problem continues by streaking down the ceiling. One of the lights has streaked so far it has now reached the ceiling of my kitchen. While another leak will sometimes drip. This "dripper" is located just above my desk. As I type this out I have to occasionally wipe off my desk as it drips down. There is also staining on the ceiling from water streaking down the ceiling rafters. This has continuously been happening since the addition was built.

    The first response from Mr. Savard was that my wife and I where turning the heat on too high. I was quite confused by that statement myself.
    Contacting Mr. Savard isn't the issue. It is having Mr. Savard actually call us back. Throughout this whole ordeal my wife and I have waited weeks at times for Mr. Savard to call us back.
    Later, Mr. Savard stated that, (in his opinion), the ceiling is not actually leaking, rather it is condensation because of an air flow problem.
    Mr. Savard eventually stated to my wife and I that he literally has no idea why the ceiling issues have appeared. He has refused to hire an engineer to asses the damage to my home.
    Instead, Mr. Savard has opted for his temporary quick fixes/patches.
    Mr. Savard's solution for this problem has been the following;
    The first few years, Mr. Savard would spray foam, from a can, around the lights, as a way to insulate/encapsulate the heat created by the lights. This was only a temporary fix. As the following year the leaks/staining/dripping issues always reappeared.
    Towards the end of 2012, Mr. Savard advised my wife and I to contact him early spring of 2013. He repeatedly assured us that he would fix/address the issue then.
    I called in the early spring of 2013 as advised and again, waited weeks for a response. Mr. Savard's eventual response was that now, it was too warm out for him work on my home. He advised us to again call back late summer. When we did, we again waited some time for a response. By, early September, Mr. Savard came to our home and painted over some of the staining. He mentioned that he would have to apply a few more quotes and stated that he would have to come back in a few weeks while trying to "squeeze" us in his schedule.
    Mr. Savard never again showed up or called us back.
    Then after my wife and I started calling Mr. Savard we received a call around early October. Mr. Savard, always has come up with excuse's as to why he wasn't able to return our phone call's. Our, repeated phone calls.
    Mr. Savard stated in that early October phone call, that he was getting married in a few weeks and certainly would not be able to do it before then.
    He mentioned for us to again, call him two weeks before the end of November.
    We called him and he called back. He stated that he promised us he would finish the problems in our home by the end of November. Mr. Savard gave us a date for which he would come to the house and repair our home. One day before he was supposed to come over, he texted us and stated that it would be too cold out.
    The following week, Mr. Savard said he was sick.
    A few weeks later Mr. Savard scheduled a date to again, come to our home. This time his excuse for not arriving was a family emergency.
    That was the last time we have heard from Mr. Savard.
    My wife has called him every day since the beginning of Dec. While I have left my own numerous messages as well. ALL have been ignored by Mr. Savard.
    Over the last year, (since late fall 2012) Mr. Savard has assured/promised us, on numerous occasions, that he would come to our home to fix the numerous issues. With Mr. Savard, there has always been an excuse. The longer he waits, the more issues and the intensity of them increases.

    Mr. Savard Jr. has now ignored my repeated requests for him to fix the damage that he created since Dec. 2013.
