we had similar experience with Mark D. Paul Draganic/Suburban Construction promised to replace our roof and asked $4500 down-payment. However, they only removed the old roof material, then started t ask for more money. We hired another contractor who did not ask for any down-payment and did a great job.
Paul Draganic/Suburban Construction promise all, but does not deliver.

I agree with Mark D. Paul did the same thing to us, but under the name Rapid Construction, LLC. We signed an agreement for nearly $20,000 (with add on's) and paid him nearly half. If I were to estimate, I would say only 10-15% of the work has been completed. He refused to do any more work until more money was paid. I told him he would get more money when he completed some substantial work. He refused and never came back. I will report him to he BBB and any governmental agency that will listen.

Beware of this company. They promise to do work but do not complete the work. Make sure to never pay for work ahead of time to ensure that work is actually done without taking your money and never completing the work. I would recommend any other company but this one for the job you need completed. Promises it all, but does not deliver.

Beware of this guy, he had contract with me of $62,500 and soon after starting he kept asking more money after I gave him $42,500 and he demanded more, after I refused he suspend the work. He also did not pay his employees who all contacted me. After 5 months started work and we just found out he even did not pull permit( he lied to us), if not he suspended the job we contacted city found out he is only not licensed with the city and he never pull the permit. He is fraudry and criminal.
