Paul Drexler serviced my home on 6/11/14 for a bathroom floor replacement [4ft. by 6 ft.] & a running toilet estimate. He tore out the guts of the toilet & threw it in the tub &told me he could fix it for $250. I could take the price or leave it! Then I had no choice but to fix it since he had totally disassembled it He put in a new valve in toilet for $200 but would not take a check because of the area I lived in. Cash only! Estimated floor would be $1500. After my husband talked to him , he asked me if he had been drinking! I replied No he does not drink but has had 2 strokes & severe diabetes.& had offended us. Needless to say he would not be fixing our floor. Plus he did not want to write a receipt for the $200 cash. Finally did on back of his business card.

He told me he could change my bathroom fixtures in the upstairs bathroom for about $250. When he finished the fixture change he had cut a huge hole in the wall in my son's room it took a total of 5 hours to change a bathroom faucet in the sink and shower then told me the price went up to $750 then told my brother that if we don't like it he ain't never has to come back. That same day our bathroom flooded when we called him back to fix his mess he claimed he didn't do it. He also took the new valves that cam with the faucet and replaced them with old ones. We had to call a reputable plumber to fix what paul drexler created and destroyed. Never should he have license to do NO PLUMBING! HE gets a rating of -0 a negative 0. He is a scammer! He did not refund me some of the money back to cover the cost of his negligence.
