We just recently purchased a home and he was the plumber who did the work. I would first off say how UNRELIABLE this plumber is. He put a new boiler in and new hot water heater, he did NOT have it inspected by the city. I had to jump through hoops trying to get this guy to come back because we had some minor issues besides having an ILLEGAL uninspected boiler in my home( the radiators were spitting black sediment from the old boiler, the pitch pipe was going the wrong way etc). Had the city come out and it didn't pass because the Code is to have a Carbon Monoxide Detector hard wired to a new boiler and it wasn't. I contacted Paul and he told me this was " not his problem"
This should have been done prior to me even buying this house. Very poor work ethic and unreliable Plumber.
