Had my house built by them in 2017 and the process was incredibly fast. Not sure about the other reviews on this site, in talking with Paul they’ve never missed a closing date and have a new position specifically for call backs under warranty. Maybe they heard these reviews and did something about it, I don’t know, but I am very happy with my house and they build in fantastic neighborhoods that are safe and growing in value.

I would not recommend this company. Super unorganized and can't stick to a timeline. When you call to ask when they will be out to finish something they claim they don't know and blame it one the weather. They don't even know what their own schedule will be a week out. I can't believe they are being ranked in the 94th percentile by this website, I would say it's possible they may be the cheapest but definitely the most frustrating to deal with.

Finished a build with them during covid, and despite all of the supply chain holdups, they communicated throughout the process, and managed to finish on time. The few touchups needed were addressed with call backs, and my wife and I love our Paul Fick Home in Sioux Falls.
