Our experience with paul has been fraudulent and misrepresentative. He overpriced a very simple job of removing a deck and replacing it with a wood one. The contractor he hired, isn't a licensed in Pennsylvania, isn't insured period and every bit of building that this man has done in the back of our house. Has not passed inspection, and all of it has to be torn down and rebuilt. As we speak, he is being sued.
