Installed my bathtub but a few months later found the overflow drain leaks. Emailed multiple times for help to fix. The tub was leaking out of my light fixtures into my living room during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Responded at first that he'd call me when he got a moment, but eventually stopped responding. I now have a lot of damage and no one to fix it.
