Do not use this architect!He took a retainer of $595 from me, provided absolutely no services, missed several meetings failing to even call until over an hour late for all of them with excuses of car trouble, dog getting out and then after waiting for third meeting for an hour with no call or text, find him asleep in his car on the street outside my house. Promised drawings by certain dates and never received them, stopped replying until I told him I no longer wanted to use him, that he was unreliable and asked for my retainer fee back which he promised to be over night mailed by certified check and never received. Total scam. Three months later now and will have to go through trouble of small claims court. Should have trusted my instincts.
