I framed an assisted living apartment in 2005 in Hopkinsville, KY that was designed by Nick Feldman and his section views were drawn using actual real-world sizes. Everything worked perfectly - like cut sheet precision. He was the first architect to make useable plans in over 300 projects I had framed. I often tell the story about the real-world architect and my respect for his accuracy.
