He doesn't actually do the work after he agrees to take the job and we found this out the hard way. He just handed it off to some clown who claims to be a project manager who re-adjusted the original estimate to include extra fees for his services and then claims the permits were more then they really were and wanted checks made out to him to cover permits glad we were able to pick up on this right before work started, they were fired.
