    Everything I had hoped for. Paul was prompt, clear, and fair from proposal to contract to final payment. His workers were professional, expert, and attentive to the details of a very tedious project. They made valuable repair/replace suggestions beyond the apparent work, in order to ensure any potential, future problems were negated. They were also prompt, cordial, and easy to work with.
    As important, my 20 -year old windows are now in perfect condition.

    The installation and repair was exactly what I asked for without attempting to expand the scope of the project.
    Only complaint is that the leftover cement was left at the project site and I would have preferred to have it removed.

    Not sure this was a good fit. Several email were sent initially but verification that builder would travel to Cape Cod was NOT answered. Builder may need to redefine his target areas.
