Paul and Sons have not been standing behind their work. Our sidewalk came apart just a few weeks after they did their work. I can submit pictures to show you the before and after. Its past a year and they have not been back. They seem sweet but do not stand behind their work. They always lie and say they will be there tomorrow. Stay away from this dishonest father and son team .

Awful scam artists! Stay away. We hired Paul & Sons Contractors for a roof repair job. On the last day we saw them they asked for additional cash to buy materials to finish the job. They ran away afterwards and are completely ignoring our calls. We can only reach them after we use a new number. After inquiring for a refund for the work they left they hang up. Absolutely avoid working with them

I hired Paul & Sons last month to remodel the front of my house including the porch, sidewalk and paver work. Paul from Paul & Sons is very punctual and respectful. He completed the project in a timely manner and also give me a discount for hiring for the first time ! I plan to get my backyard done again by Paul and his skillful workers.

I hired Paul & Sons Contractors to do my driveway which was cracking and flooding every time it rained. Paul promised me to pitch the water away from the house and promised completion in one week. After signing the contract, Paul started the next day and brought a crew of 8 men. He finished within 5-6 days and the pitch came out amazing. I am extremely happy with the work they did on my driveway which is very very neat and I am using them again for my sidewalk in two months. Really nice and skilled group of people!

By Jonlyn F.March 13, 2019Sidewalk repave and basement steps to backyard$5,200
I hired Paul and Sons to redo the sidewalk in front of my house (as required by my insurer) and add steps to my basement behind my house. Paul was knowledgeable, his team was fast and did great quality work. Nothing in my house (I'm going to renovate) looks as good as those basement steps!

By EdwardJune 15, 2017Re-installing pavers in drivewayRead more
I hired Paul & Son Contractors, Inc. to correct existing pavers in front of my garage that were pitched incorrectly. The contract was signed and an initial deposit of $600 made payable to cash was made on April 25, 2017. Work commenced on April 29th with removal of pavers in front of the garage and on Saturday, May 6th the contractor returned to correct and re-install the pavers. During that process it was discovered there was a clogged water drain that prevented the contractor from proceeding and a plumber was called in to snake the line while the contractor was present. Paul, Jr. said due to the late hour he would return on Monday, May 8th to complete the job; however they did not return until Monday, May 15th. Thinking the job was complete I paid them the balance of $1,200. A few day passed and it rained and what I though was corrected had gotten worse with more water settling tin the left corner of my driveway and in front of the garage door as well into my garage itself. I placed another call to Paul, Jr. who has continued to tell me he will take care of the problem but is untruthful. They returned this past Sunday, June 11th to again remove the pavers, relayed them partially on Monday, June 12th. Again I was told they would complete the job on Tuesday, June 13th only to learn they returned to pick up their Jackhammer that was left overnight in my garage. It should be noted that they have other supplies stored in my garage as well as in my drive way. Both of my cars are being parked in the driveway as opposed to inside the garage. This is another example of a contractor that moves to job to job without completing the other

WARNING – In October 2024, we hired Paul & Sons // Sky Vision Construction, run by Paul, to rebuild the concrete entrance steps to our Brooklyn townhouse. Paul personally came to our home for the estimate, and we agreed on a specific price, materials, and timeline. However, on the first day, a different crew of workers showed up, and Paul was nowhere to be found.
These men were unlicensed subcontractors who clearly lacked the experience and skills needed for the job, and communication with them was extremely difficult. They began work that was completely different from what we discussed and ended up causing damage to other areas of our home in the process. It took hours of calls to reach Paul, and even when we finally got through, he refused to come to the site and address the issues. After lengthy back-and-forth conversations, he eventually admitted he couldn’t complete the job, leaving us with an incomplete, hazardous demolition site and no steps to safely access our home.
Not only did they abandon the project, but they also left behind a pile of rubble and a hole where the steps should have been, dumping pre-mixed concrete and bricks into the space and walking away. Although Paul initially promised to send someone to clean up the mess, we never heard from him again.
Sky Vision Construction proved to be unprofessional and unqualified for concrete work, leaving our home in disrepair and creating safety concerns for us and our business. Based on our experience, we strongly urge others to avoid working with Paul and Sky Vision Construction.
