Fascia on patio eave was an eye sore with wood rot. Michael Contractors was referred by Bakersfield Patio. Ted Michael showed up on time for estimate on patio eave rot, gave a quote within two days, and had a crew out within the week. Work was done neatly and crew was very professional which I appreciated since my neighbors are retired. Roof mishap that caused the rot and the eye sore on the fascia was repaired into a fine looking roof line and eave. So impressed, I asked Ted out for gate posts quote. Brick and stucco looks really fine! I would use Michael Contractors again. Paul Michael even gave me advice on how to keep rats and possums away. Really appreciate their friendliness! - April 2021
