    I was surprised to see that Paul White has done to others what he is doing us (lying, running, hiding, breaching contract). I hope others read his reviews before hiring Paul White.

    Have been told that our drainfield is no good. Paul contractors placed our septic tank when it was pouring down and ground wet. Paul people had been advised by designer to not install in these conditions and they did it anyways. Now we have a big problem , we need a new drainfield and Paul will not call us , he stated not his problem but ours.

    Unbelieveably awful builder! Do NOT, under ANY circumstances, do business with this man! He is scam artist and master of robbery. Houses are so, so poorly built and the problems just keep coming. Paul White does not honor his work or any warranty. Quality is so poor that it’s unbelieveable that he is allowed to continue to do business! He will literally hide and eveade any contact to try and resolve the endless issues in each house. He is legally bound by warranties and contracts to repair his mistakes and inabilities yet he he is such a master scam artist that you’ll never find him and you definitely won’t have your home brought up to par. 12 houses built in my area alone and every single one has had SUBSTANTIAL, expensive problems and no one can get him to make it right. ** If you buy a house he’s built, go ahead and hire an atty too. You’re going to need it.

    I purchased my home in 2009 . At that time it was a year and half old. House still under warranty. I contacted Paul White about some siding on my home that had been buckling. He got right on it and had Robert Frinke to come out and fix my home at no charge to me! I would Recommend Both Paul White Builders and Robert Frinke to anyone looking for a builder who stands behind his work! Robert Frinke did a Great Job repairing my house Very Professional! Thanks to both!
