I would not recommend this architect to others. Paulette did not do her homework on local restrictions and devised plans that were not approved by the town. After making corrections that our contractor walked her through, she began asking for final payment before her new proposals were even approved instead of being apologetic and supportive while going through the process. Once we sent our final payment we never heard from her again, she never followed up to check in on the project and didn't even care to see how things turned out.
