    Restore service repair valve pipe

    We lost Electricity early Friday morning and service wasn't restored until 5:00 on Saturday. Thursday evening we prepared for the low temperatures but when when we turned on main valve the handle broke off. I decided to call Pauley's in Salem thinking maybe I would get on list for Monday since it was both Sunday and Christmas. I received a call back and I couldn't be happier with the prompt service we received. My husband and I are truly impressed with the dedication and knowledge!

    Called Pauley's Plumbing for a leak in bathtub faucets. He couldn't get
    here so he walked me through the process. Followed his instructions and everything is working great now. I will always call on Pauley's Plumbing for plumbing problems and will also refer his business to others. Thanks Pauley's Plumbing,

    I can like my house again thanks to Pauley's Plumbing

    I have had problems with my sewer line off and on for years. I have had quite a few plumbers come and clean out my line and check various things only to have to come back several months later and do it all over again. Jarvis was recommended to me by the last plumber I had been using because my man didn't dig and Jarvis does; my man was pretty sure my sewer line was going to have to be replaced. I told Jarvis what was going on and even though he had just stopped by on his way to another job and really didn't have time, he decided to find the problem. Even though he couldn't fix it that day he at least wanted to solve the mystery of my continual sewer problems. It took him a while but he eventually discovered what the problem was, it turned out to be something the water department needed to fix. It cost him the job, which would have cost me several thousand dollars, to tell me what he had discovered. He was HONEST in his dealings with me and charged a fair price for his time. I hope all my sewer problems are behind me but if not I know who to call. I would recommend Pauley's plumbing to anyone needing a plumber. Thanks Jarvis!!
