  Build a two car garage addition with mud room and room above garage.

  Paul Pinheiro, EAP Construction out of Kingston, Ma. is the worst contractor i have ever delt with in 40 something years in the electrical trade. The addition he did for us is not finished after 1 year and two months. The addition has failed inspection on several issues, inside stairway to second floor failed two times and had to be ripped out three times. Single stair to rear deck failed inspection, front stairs to farmers porch are out of level by over a 1/4". This is the third time these steps were done. We have had to have a professional contractor come in and repair his work. We had to let Paul go because he was not showing up to finish his contracted work. I now found out he framed the loft in the mud room and the floor rafters to the second floor room above garage with the wrong joist. He did not follow the stamped drawings and just DID WHAT HE WANTED TO DO. His workers are horrible. We gave him an advancement on payment and he did not finish the project. I have contacted him about the wrong framing and he ignores my calls and texts. Do not hire this contractor, he is a fraud. He will promise you every thing that you want but doesn't follow thru. I had to give one star to do this review but he does not deserve any. I wish there were negative stars.

  When you first meet Paul you will be excited to work with him, he will promise the world. Unfortunately, you will be able to see in his work what a bad decision hiring him was. I spent over $70,000 with EAP and an addition $25,000 using his recommended HVAC (Andrade in Brockton) who was just as terrible. His work was awful, his employees urinated on my floor because for 7 months he never provided his employees with a porta John and my homes water was shut off in order to renovate (yes, a fine should have been administered, this isn’t legal) when you are a contractor. After eventually firing Paul because of the vulgarity in front of my 73 year old mother as well as everything I ordered being completely wrong, timeline not even close and his work being laughable. Windows, countertops etc. wrong color, peeling paint just terrible he turned around and put a fraudulent lien on my home for $100,000. The lien is dropped because I provided proof of all payments I made which he claimed I paid zero (yes he swore and lied under oath) His timeline was a lie to add to everything else. Completion date of 3.2024 fired in July 2024 with not even 50% completed. This man is dangerous so be careful. I found a wonderful contractor now who is still cleaning up the mess he left. Be careful.

  Bathroom addition

  $33,500

  Worst contractor ever! Did not finish the job and kept on making excuses and we paid him 90% of the money but didn’t even do half the job. It’s a bathroom addition to the house, it’s been 9 months till not done and Paul stopped responding and the project is incomplete.

  Paul promised everything and than took forever to do the work and even than he never finished the job kept promising tomorrow or this weekend or when I’m in the area. They left a mess with construction debris and trash never cleaned, and didn’t finish the job
