Doesn't keep any sort of timeline. Was supposed to finish my back patio in a week, still hasn't finished and we're 6 months past it. Always had an excuse about everything and why he didn't show up. Doesn't give you a heads up when he's not going to make it even after confirming the night prior. Doesn't know how to book a concrete company to pour the concrete. You'd have better luck doing the concrete job yourself.
