Paul replaced my existing forced air heating unit and also installed a whole house new air conditioning unit...I am not happy with the performance of his choice of both units as they DO NOT heat or cool my home sufficently!
I Immediately complained to him the air conditioning was not cooling my upper floor, where bedrooms are located..,my reason to have air conditioning installed was due to the bedrooms were too hot in the summer months to use... They are still too hot to sleep in!! He has continued to avoid my calls and requests to complete the job!
The permit has expired now and he has yet to complete a required pressure test to close out the job.
My old heating unit heated my home much better than the new one he installed. I can not recommend him on any level unless
he replaces present units with ones that will both heat and cool my home sufficently and finally close and finish the job by doing the required pressure test. When I do get ahd of him he says he will get back to me in a couple of days but doesn't call back!!
