We had purchased our furnance from pauls and when it broke down, we naturally called them they came in fixed half of the job and stated they needed to order parts to fix any more but its fixed for temp.They indicated the broke off a pipe that drips water that we just need to keep an eye on and was not gonna totally hook up the ground wires but would be back in a few days to fix it.. this was on dec 4th 2010 ... I have called several time with no luck getting my furnance finished with them indicating the parts arnt in yet. It is now sept 2011 and still no responce from them except for a bill for almost 500.00 for a job that isnt even done.. I have decided to contest the bill and hire another furnance company to finish there job... I would not use this company and shop elsewhere.
