Zack Pavloski of Pavloski Construction LLC was hired as a general contractor to do an extensive remodeling project on the house that I own. Job was completed to the best of my knowledge until I got notified by the village building inspector that the they did not apply for all the appropriate permits as required by the municipality. Permit required that was not done was for the roof in which they did a complete tear off and reinstall. As a licensed contractor they are suppose to follow all municipal procedures. After numerous attempts to contact Mr.Zack Pavloski were unsuccessful he finally made contact with me and told me that" Sorry he is not going to do it." He is very unprofessional and was being sarcastic about the whole situation. He has been paid in full for the whole job with the assumption that he followed all the proper protocol. Needless to say by my surprise I was unaware that this permit was not pulled.

Zach Pavloski took my money under a verbal agreement to mow and plow all my properties and never once showed up. When I contacted him about it he ignored me until finally answering and telling me he doesn’t recall said verbal agreeement. Don’t do business with him
