It was a horrible experience dealing with K2 homes building our "custom" home. He made numerous decisions while building our house without running it by us and would not fix it when we told him that is not what we wanted. Many of the subcontractors that he employees did not show up to work and never returned to fix mistakes that they made. In no way does he build a custom home. He cuts corners whenever he can and will try and sneak it by the customer if he can. Choosing him to build your home would be one of the worst investments that you can make.
