We are very happy with the work from PB contracting. We had ordered doors from them, but the supplier actually sent the wrong style door. PB contracting expedited the reorder and the correct doors came in ahead of schedule. The installation was very good. Pricing is competitive. Communications were timely. This was the third job they have done for us. We would not hesitate to use them again when the opportunity arises. Highly recommended.

Terrible terrible customer service! I have been waiting for over an month for a storm door installation that I was promised would be installed before thanksgiving, needless to say that will not happen. After a month of no updates from this company on the time frame I gave them a call, the company’s coordinator (Kris) was very rude and disrespectful, she had the nerve to tell me that my phone call is “ the most ridiculous phone call she ever had” her tone was completely unprofessional from the moment she picked up the phone. Kris is the most unprofessional condescending person I have ever came across she needs to be fired... I will never do business with this company ever again totally unprofessional and I do not recommend this company...

Please remember you did not order this door through my company, this was ordered through a Big Big retailer that you paid. Any "promise" of an installation date was also not made from my company, but by the retailer you purchased your door through. As they explained, there has been severe delays in products and materials due to covid restrictions the last year. I am sorry you did not get your door installed when you wanted. When you called to inquire, you were very upset with us. I understand being upset, but your frustration was clearly directed at the wrong person. "The ridiculous call" is being taken out of context. In hindsight, I could have used better words. After being yelled at you by 15 minutes, my frustration took over as well when I mentioned the call was getting ridiculous. No money was paid to my company at any point, and the contract you entered into and ordered the door from was with a 3rd party. We have no control over vendor delays and or promises a 3rd party makes to you. We would have loved to install your door when it arrived. This last year has been frustrating for everyone and delays in material has not helped. Please be more mindful of this in the future, and I will definitely be more mindful of my frustrations as well.
