Let me say I never do a negative review but this needs to happen! Terrible experience and service! Didn't fix my leak and said things were wrong but were not! Then after attempting to fix the leak once turning on the water saw another one but couldn't come back until Wednesday! Then sent me a text going to charge me the "trip" fee again after being told by the plumber it would not be charged again since it was his fault. So I called and they told me the plumber was sick and was refunding my "trip" fee from Monday after talking to the owner and the owner wished me well. So not only did the plumber miss a leak that he couldn't fix on Monday then they didn't send anyone on Wednesday to correct his mistake and wished me well! I would never recommend them to anyone I know due to terrible service and an outrageous estimate which I had agreed to because I needed it fixed! This was the Augusta business! NO STARS for rating! Be glad I didn't include names in this!
