Installed entire house with wood flooring. It has beed down less than a year and has cracks where wood butts up to one another lengthwise. Made phone calls, emailed sent messages to the company and so gar have been totally ignored.
    Thinking of going yo court.

Terrible experience. It took four months for carpet and LVT to be ordered and picked up from the warehouse. Upon receipt it was discovered that the measurements were not correct and there wasn't enough carpet, took many cases of LVT and not enough padding. They ordered more carpet but it was in a different dye lot. The padding was not the same thickness. The LVT was incorrectly installed. More than one attempt was made by the installer to fix it, but they compounded their errors by using shims at the edges, partially glueing the LVT, and covering the carpet tack strip with trim. The LVT was installed over dirty flooring (which we thought was going to be removed). End result: LVT in kitchen and dining room has large gaps and moves where it shouldn't. Due to the experience we had with the installer and the LVT we refused to allow them to install the carpet. We are now stuck with finding a different installer to install substandard carpet and padding. GO ELSEWHERE.
