We had an air conditioner installed by this company, almost 4 years ago. The air conditioner never worked correctly, I would have it set to 77 degrees and it would slowly creep up to 84-86 degrees, not keeping the house cool. This caused the air conditioner to run constantly and never shut off, thus, causing astronomical electric bills. We called them for 3 years trying to resolve this issue, only to have Bryan curse us out. I would spend my day moving the temperature on the thermostat up and down so it wasn’t running all day. After 3 years and multiple visits by them, it was apparent, they had no idea what they were doing. We couldn’t afford to call another company because we live on SS disability, and it took a while for us to accumulate the money to call someone else, so I spent this year up and down playing with the thermostat again. We recently got the money together to call another company. Lo and behold, the air conditioner was incorrectly installed, pistons were the wrong size, an important coil was so bent, there was no way the refrigerant was able to flow through the system, the main coil was so disgusting, it had to be replaced, and they told us they had replaced it. The new company said there’s no way that was a new coil. Finally, the air conditioner was incorrectly placed too close to our home, there’s no room around it to work properly, but the icing on the cake, when the air conditioner was installed, Bryan told us they registered it with regard to the warranty, and we didn’t have to do anything. I just found out 2 days ago, they never registered anything, and we have no warranty. Anyone thinking of using this company be warned, stay far away or you may have the same horrific ordeal we have had. I’m so grateful I have an honest company that knew immediately what was wrong with the system, and have fixed it. I finally have a working air conditioner.

If you want prompt and dependable service for a fair price – call PDQ.
I was in need of replacing tarps on my roof and there was some urgency due to rain forecast in the next few days. Bryan promptly returned my call and advised that he would be at my home within the next few hours. He and his team arrived on time. My tile roof was tarped better and more secure than I even expected and the price was very reasonable.
I have met with several roofing companies and many of them have sent a salesperson who was mostly focused on getting a signed agreement. Bryan and his team were not salespeople but rather the people who actually manage and install the re-roofs. I felt more comfortable with PDQ that with any other roofing company I have ever spoken with. I am waiting for my insurance claim to be resolved in court and will be contacting PDQ to install the new roof as soon as it is.
After the tarps were installed I asked about an air conditioning issue I was having. They fixed it on the spot and only charged for the part. They took the time to explain what was causing the issue – the blown capacitor was likely due to a failing motor. They advised of the approximate cost to replace the fan – under $400 including parts and labor, and said to call whenever it failed and they would be here quickly to replace it for me.
If you need roof maintenance, a new roof, and / or air conditioning service call PDQ. They have my highest recommendation.
