Our experience dealing with PDT Homes was initially positive, as the work in our bathroom and master bedroom was done quickly and the contractor, Paul seemed to be reasonable in his price, and in his estimate for the time the work was to be completed. After the work was complete we had the job inspected buy several contractors that would be doing the finishing work on top of Paul's previous work. All of them said that they would be unable to start work until the shower that we had built buy Paul ripped out due to it being constructed incorrectly, and built with improper materials. We contacted Paul seeking to have him refinish our shower correctly and found him unwilling to come back to correct the job. Later when we had to pay for a new contractor to begin to rebuild the shower properly we found that Paul's deception was even worse than we thought. Above the shower he had slashed open our air vent for our bedroom, improperly installed our vent for our plumbing, (with the result that our new roof now leaks on top of our new bathroom, and currently has mold covering it). The water lines were incorrectly run with the result that they were leaking dangerously close to an electrical junction. Our new beam that supported half our home was improperly supported, and our roof was compromised buy having its supports cut to make way for venting, also, the ceiling in the master bathroom flexes if pressed. I personally would never do business with Paul Toth, or refer him to any one I know. we will be going after him through the registry of contractors.

Did a great job remodeling a downstairs room and outside fence that was damaged during a big storm last year (15). Job was done quickly and at a fair price. Would highly recommend Paul .
