Getting started on the house roof was slow, but once the crew was onsite, the work progressed at a good rate. The end result is very disappointing! The main ridge cap sags in the middle and a porch ridge cap, visible from inside, is so beat up it should be replaced. The screws were not tightened well and, very soon after completion, 18 inches of the roof was flapping in the wind! A smaller building completed at the same time is so ugly we intend to replace it again. Conclusion: Poor communication, shoddy work, inadequate response to complaints. Do not hire this contractor to replace your steel roof!!!
