    waterproof a large planter and wall because of water intrusion

    Jason waterproofed a large planter abutting the dining room/living room wall of a condo in our HOA which had water intrusion. His proposal was detailed and consistent with all we had learned should be done. He carried it out quickly, at a competitive price, and he went the extra mile with unexpected challenges found during the excavation and also with providing a proper route for water from two deck gutters. He was professional, related to and oversaw his workers well, and his communication with us was A+. I could not recommend Pearce Construction more highly. As evidence, I asked for a referral for a major rebuild of our deck and they have exceeded my experience with several others I have had look at the job.

    Concrete repair
    $8,000

    Completed the demo of a 30 year old , non working drainage culvert. Designed and repaired a new now working reinforced drainage system, all within the time frame specified. All employees were very professional and left the job site neat and clean.
