The team from PEBB Services made me feel good about dealing with them on my AC unit replacement. Setting up the appointment was very easy, they followed up with us throughout the process. We knew exactly when they were coming and what to expect from start to finish. The team was very professional and the installation was finished in a timely manner. Elbert and PEBB Services saved us again! Thanks Elbert for coming out same day to service our HVAC, this time the heater. Luckily it only needed a little cleaning to get it operational. Elbert took care of this and didn't upcharge. He treats us like family and I appreciate his honesty, customer service and knowledge. I highly recommend PEBB to service your HVAC needs!
