Kennedy De Roche is a con man. His work is substandard and I'm having a difficult time tracking his contract license. He has been reported to BBB and Consumer Affairs. He takes the money and abandoned the job. He has lost several law suits in New York. He is avoiding being served with legal documents. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM OR HIS COMPANY "PECA HOME INNOVATORS LLC. Apparently, he is jumping from state to state with his remodeling scheme. Again, do not trust this man with your property or your money.

$3000 retainer fees where given to PECA Home Innovators 12/17/2012 to design a layout for remodeling my home damaged by Hurricane Sandy. The deadline for design and architectural work was 1/4/2013 . I received nothing as of 1/24/2013 and expressed my concerns. When the contractor returned from his Las Vegas trip he was asking me for more money and I realized then what a big mistake I made. This is my experience working with PECA Home Innovators.
