Was paid to build a garage and never finished the work. I had to find someone else to complete the work and it was all at my expense. The garage concrete floor that he did complete has a large void under it since it was not prepared properly before the cement was poured. will cost between $1000 and $2800 to repair according to the estimate.

June 2017 - Provided Paul Peer Construction Contractor $4500 deposit for doors & windows and never heard saw him again, no returned calls, emails or text. Never received any of the doors, windows, siding which was what the deposit was for, nor was any labor started!
