TL:DR - Pegasus is a top tier contractor and I will absolutely go to them for any and all work in the future. Reasonably priced with above and beyond service/care and correct/proper/by the book workmanship across the board. It's not the cheapest, but if you want it done right, it's a top notch deal to work with Pegasus.
This review is a bit overdue as work finished over the summer a few months ago, but I cannot recommend Mike and the Pegasus team enough. After meeting with several contractors for my load bearing wall removal project, I felt the most secure and comfortable with Mike and chose Pegasus for the work. They were middle/upper middle of the pricing but I knew I was in good hands. I had a comparatively small project to what they normally do, but Mike didn't hesitate to help me take on this project after discussing my needs and wants, and for that I'm truly grateful. Speaking with him, you can just tell he's a stand up guy.
Mike was professional and always attentive and detailed in explanations, which I appreciated. Communication from the whole team was excellent throughout the project and they were accommodating with my schedule needs. Knowing our pet situation and also that my wife had a night shift schedule, Mike always remembered and always made sure all of his workers and subs were aware to minimize disruption.
Of course, major housing projects of any size are difficult to deal with and ours was an ordeal with some surprises, but it was definitely unavoidable and impossible to have figured out prior to work starting. Pegasus made it as painless as possible and gave us time to figure out the best path forward and guidance on any issues or concerns we had.
Ultimately, I have zero regrets with starting the project, choosing Pegasus, or with the final results. Everything came together and our project came to completion before the projected date. Definitely give Mike and his team a call if you're looking to do any sort of work.

We hired Pegasus Remodeling to renovate all three of our bathrooms and the complete upstairs (all original), as well as do significant work to our exterior. After an initial meeting with owners Mike and Natalie, we knew immediately that Pegasus was the right fit.
Throughout the project, the Pegasus team took such good care of us — bringing us creative ideas, responding promptly to questions, and keeping us on track and informed weekly with the work schedule. As the designer, Natalie helped guide us in every design decision, ensuring that our selections aligned with the vision we had for our home.
We so appreciated Mike and Natalie’s knowledge and expertise, and we were so impressed with their communication, quality of work, and professionalism. They were everything we were looking for in a contractor from start to finish. Beyond their outstanding work, they are wonderful people, and we really enjoyed getting to know them.
Our home is better than we ever could have imagined, thanks to Mike, Natalie and their fantastic team. Thank you Pegasus for our beautiful new home!

Natalie and Mike are fantastic to work with. They designed an addition/remodel to our existing home and the whole process was seamless. The subcontractors and Pegasus employees showed up like clockwork and always left the site neat and orderly. We are delighted with the results and love the upgrade to our home.

We hired Pegasus for the remodel of two homes - kitchen remodel in both, countertop, backsplash, custom cabinets, addition of island and peninsula, bathroom, floors, paint, new carpet, etc. We were so impressed with Pegasus's attention to detail and their commitment to making sure everything was finalized just how we wanted it. Working with contractors, there is always a fear that something will be started and not finished correctly (or at all), but Pegasus sticks through with everything and makes the right choice (not the shortcut), so I never worried about being left high and dry. I also found Natalie's design expertise invaluable. She really got to know our sense of style and also our threshold for decision-making, and tailored her suggestions to that, which lessened our stress and helped our home turn out exactly how we'd hoped it would! I recommend Pegasus to everyone I know - they have a well-oiled system for communicating the schedules and are good people who take pride in doing a top-notch job and helping people make their house a home. Pegasus is not the cheapest, nor is it the most expensive, but it's right in the middle, and it's worth every penny for the peace of mind, quality of craftsmanship, and follow through that you get with them - and the knowing that it will be done right. Natalie and Mike are also the nicest people and a pleasure to work with. We will be hiring them again whenever we tackle new bathrooms!

Work was originally done from late 2018 and into first half of 2019. This was a total remodel of the interior of a condominium I've owned and rented out for many years, and it needed a complete facelift. From demo, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, design work, Mike and Natalie were fantastic in helping with all aspects of this major project and even in the purchasing of new appliances, fixtures and such. Also, their support did not end with the completion of project, they were most helpful even 3 years later with some minor repairs. I highly recommend Pegasus for your remodeling needs.

I needed my downstairs kitchen and living room floor done with porcelain tile that looks like wood. This included 560 square feet that also covered my half bath. Pegasus also installed my new vanity and faucet.
I interviewed 4 contractors before I met Mike CEO of Pegasus Remodeling. The presentation of his up to date quality workmanship and a fair price were the reasons why I went with Pegasus. Mike's step by step details was explained to me upfront with no hidden surprises. Mike was a Man of his word and there were no additional charges. All of the employees were on time, hard workers and cleaned up after their job was done.
Mike the CEO checked in every day and made sure things went well. Pegasus Remodeling gave me outstanding service, quality workmanship all at a fair reasonable price within the time frame that was told to me at the beginning.
There are different companies out there but NONE better.

Professional, quality driven, focused on the right style and delivers. Pegasus remodeling is all of these qualities. I needed help in a hurry to get my Mom's bathroom refitted to allow her access. It was during Pegasus' peek time as they were focused on completing projects that were committed for the holidays. Mike Davidson, president of Pegasus, did not let this stand in his way. He reviewed the layout of this close to 60 year-old home and created an amazing design that is tasteful with touches of luxury and fits the style of the house. He figured out a schedule that would work and got his team on the job. Mike and his team delivered on all of their promises, which allowed my mom to have a safe and beautiful bathroom. My mom is so proud of her new bathroom that it is the first room that she shows everyone that comes in the door! Mike is my go-to guy for all my remodeling needs and top of mind when my friends or family are ready to remodel!

Let me start out by saying that I have a contractors license and used to be involved in new construction and remodels so I am probably more particular than the average homeowner. I wanted to gut and remodel two bathrooms but am past the age where I wanted to tackle the job myself.
We thought that we might use the local big box store (the blue one) for the project. We contacted the store and set up a design consultation. The designer was helpful and the contractor seemed competent so ahead we went. Upon arriving at the store to start picking out materials up went the first red flag. My wife and I had done quite a bit of research and had pretty much decided on the travertine, tile and finish materials we wanted. We were advised that we pretty much were limited to the vendors available to the store. Bedrosians was one of their vendors so we would be able to get the travertine we wanted but not really the flooring we liked. We had seen flooring we liked at Arizona Tile, but they were not on the list. We also had to pick from a few cabinet companies by only seeing some sample door fronts for stain color....with the disclaimer that "colors may vary". We also really did not like the style choices all that much. Simly put, we were looking for a "custom" job and the blue guys offered more of a "cookie cutter" option.
I checked out a few websites for reviews and came across Pegasus Remodel. I like the reviews and gave them a call. I spoke to Michael Davidson and an appointment was set up for a few days later.
Michael was right on time and we started the project survey. I could tell right away that Michael knew his stuff. He never flinched as I described the vision for both bathrooms. One was to be a "Tommy Bahama" style and the other more of a "Beach Spa" look....both with custom features. Michael made several great suggestions which definitely added to the quality of the project. When I described the cabinet work we wanted Michael immediately said that the cabinets would be custom made exactly the style and color we wanted......I was sold.....we signed the contract and scheduled the start for a couple of weeks later.
The demo started in late March and went quickly and smoothly. Michael's crew was great. Bart is a great "Jack of All Trades" and was involved in pretty much every phase. Jose is a true artist when it comes to stone work. The job came out fantastic. Jose ads all of the little finishing touches that makes a job truly "custom". Tanner is a great plumber.....worked through several little glitches that are common with any remodel easily. Andy is a master electrician. We decided on a jetted tub halfway through the project and he was able to run the two required electrical runs quickly. The granite and glass fabricators were very efficient and the work was great. The cabinets came out exactly as we had imagined.
The only small glitch came with the drywall finish and paint. Michael's normal crew was not avaiable and some of the painting was not up to my standards. Again I am very particular. Michael was very willing to correct the issue but we were a little behind schedule so I fixed it myself. I want to reiterate that Micahel would have redone the work without hesitation but we couldn't wait the additional time. Michael has since told me that he has secured a really good paint crew since my job so I am sure that this issue is no longer a problem.

We are absolutely pleased with the excellent home renovation work done by Pegasus Remodeling - they clearly exceeded our expectations and threw in many extra touches we didn’t anticipate! Once they started a room, we kept thinking of new things we wanted done and they just graciously added it to their workload.
We had our master bath completed gutted, a water closet installed, all new appliances.
We had our secondary bath completely remodeled, complete with new fixtures; our kitchen cabinets re-stained, new granite, backsplash, our garage walled in, the house completely re-painted - so many things done by Pegasus and everything is perfect!
The owner and project manager, came in all the times to insure their crews were performing correctly. Their various crews that came in were super polite, very neat and well mannered.
There was so much going on and it was all handled very professionally - we can’t recommend them enough - you’re in great hands with Pegasus! -

When I decided to repaint the interior of my home along with updating some molding and cabinet work I contacted Pegasus Remodeling to bid it because I had worked with the owner 5 years ago for my kitchen remodel and I already knew the quality of work and dependability of the Owner. The other contractors I had contacted to bid this job either didn’t show up or didn’t submit a bid. I knew I could trust Pegasus 100% and I also knew the quality of work was top notch so I was comfortable with my decision. As my little paint job quickly exploded into a very unexpected renovation, finding water leaks in showers and walls, the Owner, Mike was so compassionate of my situation and helped in any way possible. My nightmare was a blessing in disguise and I am so grateful to Pegasus and their entire crew for helping me create this beautiful home. Bart truly went over and above to help me put this back together and Mike has a great eye for design helping me redo my bad decision on a back splash choice among other things. All of the crews left the job site clean every day and the work is top notch. Mike takes the time to get to know your design tastes and he truly cares about his clients. He does everything above board and doesn’t mind a million questions. I would highly recommend Pegasus Remodeling for any job big or small.

We hired Mike Davidson/Pegasus Remodeling for a major remodel of our house in Yorba Linda in mid-2013 which included complete kitchen, master bath and closet, second bath, flooring, some windows, wood shutters throughout, and structural work. We were referred to Mike by a sales person at Ferguson which proved to be an excellent recommendation. We found that Mike goes to great lengths to engage a top notch team of professional craftsman and builds and retains those relationships over long periods of time. They were all a pleasure to work with and did truly great work. If there ever was an issue with the work, Mike made it right showing great integrity and concern for quality. Mike knows the construction business well and has great contacts to leverage on behalf of his clients. He also has a great eye for design and provided some really great ideas for our project. Mike spent countless hours with us at various vendors helping us to design and choose what worked best for us. Our experience with Mike and his team was a great one and we highly recommend him!

Pegasus remodeled our whole house, three bathrooms, kitchen, four bedrooms, living room, dining room, two fire places, family room and office/bonus room. Mike provided a real personal touch and was on site most days and if not he called so the communication was excellent, and he gave us excellent guidance. All workers were very professional and true craftsman and it showed with the quality of their work. We love our "new" house.
