Pelle rocks, we're very happy with their service.
We hired them in February 2017 to replace all of the duct work in our house. It was old, falling apart, and uninsulated.
When I called them to schedule an estimate, they booked me right away. Robert showed up on time, and gave us a reasonable estimate on the spot.
The team that came to do the work was very interested in doing a good job. They carefully measured all of the air flow in each room, sealed the vents, checked the heater, and ran the new duct work up in the rafters of the attic (rather than just sit it on the floor). Making sure everything was correct and sealed was important to them.
Before Pelle, the few ducts we had that actually worked were poorly balanced. Our tiny bathroom would become an oven, and our living room hardly heated up at all. Now the heat for each room is balanced according to the size of the room. Our heater comes on far less often now, and the house is much more comfortable. We can already see from our Nest thermostat that we are going to save a lot of money on our monthly gas bill.
