    Rob Pellegrino had no intention of completing our floor. In fact, he barely did any work to begin with other than taking a deposit. He was very erratic, sloppy and careless. Made a mess of the floor. Refused to return my calls and return my deposit. I'll be suing him. Do not engage Pellegrini Hardwood Floors under any circumstances.

    Refinish floors

    He destroyed our floors!!! Living room, dining room, hallway, den, and kitchen. There are stain marks on window sills and doors. Stain is uneven, drip marks all over the floors he used satin poly in one room and gloss in the others. Bubbles all over all the floors. The floors have brush marks from over sanding. They are a total mess. He showed up late every day or not at all, did not answer calls and left incoherent text messages.

    BEWARE...STAY AWAY!!! Rob Pellegrino does terrible work. He did our kitchen, den, hallway, living & dining room. All of which have to be done over!! The stain is uneven, there are bubbles all overs, drip marks both large and small. Stain hand prints on doors and window sills. Shows up late or not at all. Does not return phone calls and sends incoherent text messages. Says he will correct this mess and never shows up...AGAIN!!! Do not use him ever. The review above is two years old he obviously is no longer do business the way he should be!

    I used them for my store cabinets to redo the finish on them that had been damaged by the sun the cabinets looked like I re did them myself in my garage horrible job and then the owner threatened to sue me if I did not pay him the balance I owed him steer clear from this company they are the worst

    Me and my husband shooed around for weeks before we found rob. He absolutely covered everything professionally and spoke clearly and was always in contact with us as job was going on. We would absolutly use them again and refer them to friends and family. The floors came out absolutely beautiful and if possible give them a 10 star rating thanks to rob and his crew....

    One of things that stood out with this company is they are always available to answer any questions you have . We found them to be very prompt and left our home very clean at the end of their work day. We had 2 rooms installed in hardwood and had 3 other rooms sanded down and refinished. Great Job.
