We started with this contractor and their response time was poor. We were delayed in starting our home. The initial bid was reasonable but when we received the final bid it was much higher and we were told that the owner forgot to include many key items which really concerned us. The price jumped drastically and when we tried to discuss he stopped communicating with us. It was very disappointing.
